What forms of payment are accepted on www.quintic.com?

Our payment systems are provided by STRIPE. This allows you to pay via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Can I buy over the phone or e-mail or fax an order?

We only accept a valid credit card as method of payment via STRIPE – orders may be placed over the phone to initiate the order.

Is it safe to use my credit card to make purchases on www.quintic.com?

STRIPE uses up-to-date, safe, secure technology to ensure that your personal credit-card information is not compromised. The information is encrypted and never stored intact.

Where is the “CVV” number located on my credit card?

On Visa or MasterCard, the three-digit CVV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the card’s account number.

Can I change my credit-card information?

We do not store your card information, so you can change your credit-card information on your next order.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when you click on the “Submit” button at the time of purchase. Please click on the “Submit” button only once.

How do I get my purchases?

In the case of merchandise we use a range of possible couriers. Generally delivery will take between seven and ten days.

International enquiries

If purchases for merchandise originate from international countries the postage is automatically calculated to cover weight, size of package and air mail charges.
